Mark has extensive experience as a Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of small to medium-sized consulting businesses. He has expertise in the delivery of complex projects across transport, infrastructure, defence and energy sectors including under PPP and Alliance schemes.

Mark has previously held many senior technical roles across a variety of sectors and is passionate about creating value through the implementation of strategies that deliver both short and long-term benefits.

Director – Operations & Transport Delivery

A proven leader with a 19-year career spanning engineering, major transport projects and business leadership, Andrew has led multidisciplinary teams across the lifecycle from front-end engineering and project development through to delivery and integration for major brownfield upgrades and Greenfield lines. Tenacious and outcome driven, Andrew brings his experience as Managing Director providing specialist rail engineering and assurance services across Australia.

Andrew believes in engaging people and teams around common values and goals. Empowering them to strive for performance and innovation while instilling accountability to promote robust, pragmatic and data-driven decisions. An established leader with two decades of experience in planning and project controls, Ish has a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional project outcomes. His career encompasses extensive work in operational efficiency, Project Planning, Project Controls, Risk Management, oversight, and reporting. Ish has demonstrated success in both Transport and Infrastructure sectors, driving complex projects to successful completion.
