As part of MTR’s role as the Integrator, PT&I were engaged to provide professional services in project management, testing and commissioning, assurance, and leadership in systems integration.

PT&I provided program management across multiple workstreams and contracts to coordinate preparations for Dynamic Train Testing. This has involved in-depth planning; identifying and driving the resolution of complex interdependencies across the many parties responsible for delivery and testing; and guiding priorities and decision-making to ensure all safety, operational and technical requirements are satisfied.

We also provided project management of systems delivery within the Sydney Metro Train Facility, as well as providing assurance to support the delivery of these systems, and demonstrate the performance of operational systems.

The team’s engaging and outcome-focused approach to managing these complex tasks, and the many stakeholders involved, helped provide surety of the successful completion and integration of this turnkey megaproject.
